Some issues with parking, noise, and construction quality — I lived at Cambridge for a year and the rent was a bit on the higher side, but I was willing to pay for the pool, study lounge, and game room that I used quite liberally. The grounds were maintained regularly and they even added BBQ areas and improved the overall aesthetic around the place. Staff and maintenance personnel were mostly courteous and helpful. I can only count a handful of times when I couldn't find parking in the lot, but that was likely due to late hours coming back to the complex. There were some issues with construction such as cabinets not lining up to close properly and a lack of rollers on drawers in the kitchen, but it wasn't the end of the world. My worst complaint was related to my upstairs neighbors who were very loud the staff informed me there was nothing they could do other than issue a warning to them, which did not help matters unfortunately. Overall, I do not regret living here and would recommend it to friends.

The grounds area is well kept and visually aesthetic, and the amenities are cool too. The property staff is really helpful, especially Emily, she manages the property very well I think my only issue would be the noise from upstairs, but that may just be in my specific case. Overall, I would highly recommend living here

submitted by Gabrielle V. - |Recommended: YesNice apartment complex but expensive — It's a good location with nice amenities and overall a nice apartment, but is kind of dated for the price point. The biggest perk of living here is the friendly and accommodating staff. The upcoming upgrades to the property should make the cost of living here well worth it.

submitted by Alexander G. - |Recommended: YesEverything is great but the buildings are old — The staff are top notch, always willing to help with whatever problem may occur and are easy to get in contact with. Apartments are as updated as you would expect for a building complex that was built a few decades ago so walls are thin, floors are thin, windows are thin, but kitchen and baths are updated. Outside landscaping is always beautiful and there are lots of units with dogs cats so you frequently hear barking walking around outside. Gym is great but small so if more than a 3 people are working out it gets crowded. Business center is a nice space to work and game room is really nice as is the pool.
