|Recommended: YesA little quirky but the important things are in place — I've been living at Cambridge House Apartments for about four months now. The buildings are older, so there are some quirks bedrooms don't have light fixtures, so you need to have lamps some of the window frames are feeling their age. I have a kitchen drawer that bumps into the fridge, and I once got a ceiling leak during a very heavy rain. That said, though, the apartment is comfy and pleasant, the grounds and amenities around the complex are lovely, and the property management staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get emergency maintenance people out for that ceiling leak within a reasonable amount of time. As far as apartments go, it's a reasonably nice place to live. I especially like having access to the rec room, study lounge, gym, and pool area. I work from home, so having the option to get a change of scenery or go for a short walk is really nice.
|Recommended: YesCambridge House Apartments Review — The staff here is excellent and truely make living here a great experience. Emily at the front office is always kind and takes care of any concerns promptly. The maintainence team, especially Jaime, is always willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues we might have. The only thing that we would want to let people know is to choose an upstairs unit or you will hear everytime someone is walking above you. The amenities are great, clean and well kept. We like living here, it a safe, quiet, and nice place to be.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Cambridge House apartments is a great place to live Location is good, just a few minutes from grocery, gas, fast food. Occasionally you can hear neighbors walking around but that’s at any apartment. Office staff and maintenance are very polite and respond in a timely manner. Living areas are spacious. Parking can be tricky if you don’t have a reserved spot but there is a lot of street parking. Generous amenities. Overall, 5 5 stars
|Recommended: YesPeaceful, friendly, welcoming — It's great I'm happy I found a beautiful apartment complex that's not overpriced but still is very accommodating. Finding parking is such a pain sometimes, especially later at night sometimes I have to park on the opposite side of my apartment because of the lack of spaces nearby, but it's a fairly small complex, so the walk isn't horrible. Overall, I love living at Cambridge.

|Recommended: YesA great apartment complex — Its a great place to live in and relax, especially the swings and the swimming pool available here. The rooms have a great space and the closet is big and has a great space for clothes. The kitchen is big, although if it does not have an island there is a great space for a dining table without even making the kitchen tight and small. I love the Luxer One mail system its so cool and fun to use. You get to open the lockers by your phone with a press of a button. Overall it is a great place to stay, or at least recommended to see in person. I saw in online and with the utilities they provide it made me rent it the same day as viewing it.

|Recommended: YesBeautifully maintained and friendly staff and neighbors. — I have only lived here for a few days, but I can say so far that everything is conveniently laid out for residents and the property is safe and quiet.

|Recommended: YesI have nothing but good things to say about my time at Cambridge House Apts I loved living here. The amenities are amazing As a student, I felt welcomed when Cambridge would provide school supplies, treats such as Jamba Juice, Doughnuts, and more during finals week, and not to mention the coffee machine snacks in the game room The gym is top tier compared to other apartments. Everyone I met here was very kind You can strike a conversation with anyone living here. It is such an amazing community and I am glad to have lived here for two years. The staff is amazing Everyone at the office receives you with warm smiles and they go into depth to explain any questions you have I am going to miss the relaxing pool days, gym sessions, and study nights at Cambridge. Also, side note, if you are competitive like me, they have really cool apartment competitions and prizes. 13 10 rating

|Recommended: YesUnparalleled access to repairs and community amenities — This complex offers a wide variety of amenities that are well kept and clean. The apartment layout is decent however there were some repairs that needed to happen upon arrival like the multiple wall outlets that were installed upside down and drain on the shower bath. Besides those the complex feels very safe and I like the extra services that are provided for mail. The staff service is excellent and more accommodating than I expected.
